Guided And Self Guide Walks

Community Rail Lancashire and partners support and promote a number of Guided and Self-Guide Walks across Lancashire and into the Yorkshire Dales. All the walks can be accessed using stations along the East Lancashire Line, Clitheroe Line, Todmorden Curve Line and along the Settle to Carlisle & Bentham Lines.

Tuesday 29 April to 5 May 2025 sees the annual Ride to Stride walking and music Festival along the Settle to Carlisle Line and the programme can be seen on this link Ride2Stride-Programme-2025 

The Lancashire Rail Ramblers also run a programme of walks that take in more of the North West of England mostly on Saturdays and these can be found on their WordPress site at https://railramblers.wordpress.com/walks-programme-2/
