The Joint Clitheroe Line & East Lancashire Community Rail Partnerships held their first quarterly meeting of 2026 in January. The well attended meeting was held online.
Mike Cliffe, chair of the joint partnerships welcomed everyone to the meeting and asked that the minutes from the last meeting be approved and all agreed.
Richard Watts then gave an update on activity via a PowerPoint presentation including the following items:

The next meeting is due to be held in April 2026, which will include the Annual General Meeting.
