Last night at the National Rail Awards Bolton was named as the ‘Medium Station of the Year’ – a reflection not only of the excellent efforts of the team at this location but also the many hours given by community volunteers to improve the station environment.
Owain Roberts, Regional Stakeholder Manager with Northern said; “I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for sharing in this fantastic achievement.”
Highly commended in this category were Abbey Wood on the Elizabeth Line and Oxenholme on the West Coast Main Line.
