The Blackburn to Manchester/Southport service via Burnley & Todmorden has now been fully reinstated.
Arriva Rail North had a number of issues following the introduction of the May 2018 timetable and three trains were removed form the timetable. Monday 3rd September 2018 saw the three services reinstated and the full hourly timetable is now in place.
