CRL Shortlisted For Community Rail Awards

Community Rail Lancashire is pleased to announce that they have been shortlisted in six categories for the Community Rail Network’s Community Rail Awards being held in October 2022.

The six nominations are:

+  Category 1 – Involving Children & Young People – Amazing Women By Rail – Rachel Kay-Shuttleworth

+  Category 2 – Involving Diverse Groups – Refugee Railway Support Programme

+  Category 3 – Community Creative Projects & Station Arts – Rufford Station to mere Sands Wood

+  Category 5 – Most Effective Communications Campaign – Explore Lancashire By Rail

+  Category 6 – Best Community Engagement Project – Stations of Welcome

+  Category 12 – Outstanding Volunteer Contribution – Tony Ford, volunteer with South Fylde Line CRP and Friends of St Anne’s Station
