Community Rail Lancashire is working with TransPennine Express to gather feedback from people about their experience of booked Passenger Assistance, from making the booking through to arriving at their destination.
We’re looking for adults aged 18+ with different levels of rail confidence and Passenger Assistance experience, including people who haven’t used the service before but think it might be useful.
Participants will receive £40 for taking part and sharing their feedback, with train travel and reasonable refreshment/access costs covered.
We’re particularly interested in journeys involving Manchester Airport, Huddersfield and Dewsbury, although other TransPennine Express routes may also be considered.
