Tracks of Connection brings together artwork and personal stories created by Arts 2 Heal members, exploring the journeys we take and the connections we make along the way. Inspired by railway tracks and sleepers, the artwork reflects on how people, places and shared experiences shape our lives.
Through creative sessions, members have explored themes of identity, belonging, change and connection, sharing their experiences and expressing them through art. Together, their contributions form a collective piece that celebrates individual stories and the connections between them.
Supported by Northern’s Community Project Fund, the project highlights how creativity and railways can bring communities together, open up new experiences and help people feel more connected. The artwork is designed to tour railway and community spaces, allowing these stories to reach a wider audience.
