Community Rail Lancashire are very pleased to announce that we are recruiting a part-time SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities) Community Rail Officer to join our team at Community Rail Lancashire early 2025.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering rail confidence and safety sessions with children and young people aged 8-25 years old with a wide range of additional needs. This is a remote working post with in-person engagement delivery across education, youth and community settings in both classroom-based workshops and rail excursions. If you have experience of working with children and young people who are neurodivergent and/or disabled, are able to self-motivate and self-organise and have an understanding of rail travel why not apply?!
