As you will be aware there is an RMT strike (industrial action) taking place tomorrow 27th July 2022 and there will be no services anywhere in the West & Central areas of the Northern network.
The only service on this side of the Pennines is an hourly service between Liverpool Lime Street – Manchester Piccadilly – Alderley Edge running between the hours of 07:30 – 17:27. The majority of trains that will be running are in the East of the network and again with very limited hours. Details here northernrailway.co.uk/travel/strikes.
The strike on Sunday 31st July 2022 is by ASLEF the drivers union and although it is affecting a lot of companies across the country it should not affect services across the Northern network.
