‘A Grand Day Out’ is a promotion by the Bentham Line CRP that seeks to encourage the public to explore new places, have new experiences and try something different – all without the use of a car. There are a range of attractions on, near and beyond the line that are just waiting to be explored. 

Each journey promoted through ‘A Grand Day Out’ provides a ready-made journey, complete with; potential train times, fares and an attraction near the station. Handy for keeping the children entertained at weekends or during the holiday but equally useful for anyone looking for a pre-planned adventure.
